Eligible Groups:

First Nations people born 1971 or earlier (turning 50+) Residing in an Urban Setting

First Nations people born 2005 - 1957 (16 - 64) with eligible high-risk underlying health conditions

Dates are for the first Pfizer dose ONLY.

The vaccination clinic is available to all Treaty First Nation Members on Turtle Island. Please book in advance to secure your spot.

Please book your vaccinations starting Wednesday, April 7th, 2021 at 1pm. Please contact (780) 444-9366. Please have your name and phone number ready. There will be a question confirming First Nations/Status. If you require transportation to the vaccination clinic please indicate, and have your address ready for coordination purposes. Medical Transportation Services are available in the Edmonton Metropolitan Area.
